A sobriety companion that never asks for an account, never shows an ad, and never sells your data. Everything works offline. Everything stays on your phone.
No account · No ads · No trackers · Works fully offline
A live sober clock counts every second. A plant grows the longer you stay. And milestones pop up often in the early period, because the first weeks are where you cement your journey on your way to a new life.
Urges feel permanent — trust me, they are not. Ride the Wave is a 10-minute urge timer with a breathing visual; you will outlast the craving. Read your reasons why you quit, try a meditation or something else in the toolkit, reach out to your sponsor or someone trusted — it will pass.
Some days you just need to get it out. Keep a private journal, write daily gratitudes, speak affirmations in your own words, seal letters to your future self, and build vision boards for the life you're working toward — every word locked on your device.
Sobriety clears room for the things you've been putting off. Set a goal that matters — start walking, plan to run a 5K, save for a trip, simply make it to Friday — then break it into sessions you can actually schedule. No goal is too big or too small; what counts is the next small step, planned and ticked off.
Keep your sponsor or someone close right at the top of your toolkit — one tap to call when you need to talk. Plan the meetings you'll attend and get a gentle nudge before each one. And when you want to show how far you've come, share a weekly summary, a milestone card, even a simple screenshot of your plant's growth.
"The most important thing in life is to stop saying 'I wish' and start saying 'I will.' Consider nothing impossible, then possibilities become probabilities."
Privacy here isn't a setting you switch on — it's how the app is built. The release has no internet permission at all, no account, no cloud. The trade-off: I can't see what you like or what you'd want added, and I can't see any bugs or issues people are having. So please do reach out if you'd like something added or are running into trouble.
The release manifest doesn't even declare internet access. Nothing can phone home.
Sensitive data lives in Android Keystore-backed storage. Lock the app with a PIN or fingerprint.
Export a passphrase-encrypted backup to your own storage. The only way data leaves is when you send it — back up and store it off your phone, because deleting the app deletes everything.
No sign-up, no email, no trackers, no paywall. Every feature is already yours, free forever.
Not designed by a team with a panel of psychologists — built by someone who has fought the same demons as you for 25 years, through the misery and destruction this disease causes. This app isn't a replacement for a programme, counselling, or whatever works best for you. It's a tool in your toolbox — use it alongside any other method. Focus, take it one day at a time. I have faith we'll meet on the other side. Cheers, Shawn.
